We pursue to develop innovative metallization technologies of semiconductor devices for realization of "freeform compliant neuromorphic edge computing systems" as the next generation edge computing class forms beyond mobile/portable edge devices. Our novel material strategy, SMART metallization will enable us to resolve crucial challenges in the neuromorphic edges at every hardware level including device, array, and integration. Our commitments to form versatile metal contacts on semiconductors and reliable metallic connection among semiconductor devices will drive high-performance neuromorphic devices, conformable synapse/sensor arrays, and hetero-integrated artificial sensory nervous systems that result in intelligence on everything.
